Curriculum Rotations
Internship
- General Medicine Wards (28 weeks) with CLOSED ICU / CCU (6-8 weeks)
- Float Call (4-6 weeks)
- Rheumatology (2 weeks)
- Nephrology (2 weeks)
- Emergency Medicine (2 weeks)
- Gastroenterology with exposure to Neurology (4 weeks)
PGY-2
- General Medicine Wards (22-24 weeks) with CLOSED ICU / CCU (6-8 weeks)
- Float Call (6-8 weeks)
- Emergency Medicine (2 weeks)
- Hospice, Palliative, Geriatric Medicine with Neurology (4 weeks)
- Ambulatory Medicine at Stockton Kaiser Permanente including Ophthalmology, and Dermatology (2 weeks)
- Ambulatory Medicine with Continuity Clinics at San Joaquin General Hospital (5 weeks)
PGY-3
- General Medicine Wards (10-12 weeks)
- PM ICU (6-8 weeks)
- Pulmonary Medicine (6-8 weeks)
- Cardiology (6-8 weeks)
- Hematology / Oncology with Neurology and Medicine Consults (6-8 weeks)
- Infectious Diseases (2 weeks)
- Endocrinology (2 weeks)
- Ambulatory Medicine with Continuity Clinics at San Joaquin General Hospital (5 weeks)
- Elective Rotation (4 weeks)
Each rotation has ½ day per week allotted for Continuity Clinics.
